Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variations between browsers, devices, and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Elena Giunco maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

ORDERING

How is my payment handled?

Payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe in Euro. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Paypal Credit

You may also use PayPal credit to set up a payment plan.

Please pay immediately as the artwork is marked as sold immediately and unavailable to others.

SHIPPING

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?

Unless specified otherwise, your order will be despatched within 5 business days (often sooner) after it has been fully paid for. You will receive a confirmation shipping email once your order has been dispatched.

Small paintings on paper are packaged in a board-backed envelope and posted using Poste Italiane tracked service.

Paintings on canvas are bubble-wrapped and packaged in a sturdy box. Shipped using a Poste Italiane tracked service or similar (if you need express shipment, please contact me).

Please note shipping time might vary depending on your location.

Italy: usually 2-3 business days

Rest of the World: 10 - 25 business days

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Yes, if you'd like to pick up your painting from my studio in Monza, please choose this shipping option.

Is Shipping included?

Shipping within Italy is free of charge.

International shipping (outside Italy) is charged separately (if applicable) and will be detailed at checkout.

What about large (the sum of the three sides is above 220 cm, or the single side exceeds 150 cm) or high-value artworks?

I appreciate this is a high-value purchase – and a piece of work I have spent much time on! It's important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the Shipping details with each product listing. Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually – please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately after the agreement.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options if possible.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Overseas shipments (outside Italy) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer's expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


What if it arrives and I don't like it?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns, or offer refunds for custom or personalised orders.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours and if possible keep a photograph.

Ship items back: within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of return:

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

What about Overseas Returns?

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Italy.
